The Distinguished Alumni Award
Bestowed in recognition of a particular achievement, a series of achievements or a career of accomplishments that bring honor to the College.
The Alumni Achievement award
Bestowed in recognition of alumni 40 years of age or younger whose achievements, public service and/or volunteer activities bring honor to the College.
The Rising Star Award
Presented to a current SVCC student or students whose activities, volunteerism and commitment foster pride in alma mater.
Past recipients include such notable alumni as Dixon School District Superintendent, Margo D. Empen ’89 and Associate Director, Alumni Engagement, Illinois State University, Rachel (Marco) Kobus ‘07.
Recipients are Honored at May Commencement
